Job Description
TASQ is seeking a Mid Senior Level Database Administrator to immediately fill an onsite position.
The initial round of prescreening interviews will be conducted over the phone.
**Position: Database Administrator Mid Senior Level**
**Job Description:**
Reduce database downtime and manage configurations to ensure quick query responses
Offer proactive and reactive data management support and training for users
Establish enforce and document database policies procedures and standards
Conduct regular tests and evaluations to maintain data security privacy and integrity
Monitor database performance implement necessary changes and apply updates and patches as needed
Develop highavailability database systems tailored to the specific roles of end users
Design and implement databases based on the information needs and perspectives of end users
Define user access and enable timely data distribution in the appropriate formats
Utilize highspeed transaction recovery methods and ensure data backup
**Job Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in a computerrelated field or relevant certification
25 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator
Practical experience with database standards and user applications
Strong knowledge of data backup recovery security integrity and SQL
Familiarity with programming language APIs
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think algorithmically
Understanding of database design documentation and coding
Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and thirdparty tools
**Additional Details:**
Work Arrangement: Onsite in Cebu Fulltime Day shift
