Job Description
This position provides support to our Strategic Client Director assisting in the planning and implementation of Hyperquakes short and longrange goals. In addition this leader will be supporting and developing the strategic direction of multiple clients and brands supporting the crossfunctional organizational team through project implementation and will be responsible for organic growth for existing clients. Partnering closely with leaders on the Strategy and Design teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation high level client output (across all disciplines) and highly functional crossdiscipline teams is critical to the success of this role.
- Client Relationship Mastery: Lead and expand client relationships delivering strategic solutions that propel their business forward.
- Project Leadership: Oversee projects from conception to completion guaranteeing quality efficiency and alignment with client goals.
- Strategic Growth: Drive organic growth within your portfolio by crafting and implementing robust account strategies.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work handinhand with Strategy and Design teams to allocate resources effectively ensuring highquality outputs and cohesive team dynamics.
- Innovation Advocate: Spearhead innovation within our offerings and identify new opportunities that align with the evolving industry landscape.
- Experience: At least 6 years in branding or digital agency or a similar environment including leadership roles.
- ClientCentric Approach: Exceptional skills in client service with a proven track record of delivering project excellence.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead client business strategies across various industries with minimal oversight and knowledge of brand building and go to market tools.
- Relationship Building: A knack for cultivating meaningful relationships with clients thought leaders and partners.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving business progress and accountability in project management.
- Bachelors degree in relevant field is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to learn new systems/processes while working against tight timelines.
- Critical thinking and analytical problem solving
- Enjoy working in a fast paced collaborative environment
- Ability and interest in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Understands and has experience managing projects across a range of client and project types
