At Meazure Learning we support universities and credentialing exams around the globe by providing secure reliable online proctoring services for students taking exams remotely. This means that when students take an exam from home were the ones who make sure everything runs smoothly.
As a Process Associate youll play a key role in ensuring exams are taken fairly securely and according to the rules. Youll monitor students during their online exams helping them with any technical issues and making sure they follow all the exam guidelines.
This isnt just about watching students; its about providing them with a safe and supportive environment to do their best all while maintaining the integrity of the exam process. Whether its helping a student get set up or dealing with any issues that arise your attention to detail and dedication will ensure that everything goes off without a hitch.

The Role:
As a Process Associate you will provide proctoring services for universities as well as credentialing exams across the globe. This means youll be ensuring students taking online exams can do so in a secure fair and stressfree environment. Youll guide students through the exam process monitor their actions via webcam and assist them with any issues they encounter while ensuring exam rules are followed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proctor Examinations: Ensure the secure and smooth administration of exams whether through automated or manual scheduling.
- Ensure Exam Integrity: Supervise and investigate any allegations of breaches of disciplinary regulations upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- Student Support: Help students with exam prerequisites ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed.
- Identity Verification: Validate and verify the students identity prior to the exam to ensure compliance and security.
- Detailed Monitoring: Supervise the exam for its entire duration documenting important notes and comments in the software for followup by higherlevel approvers.
- Review and Improve: Participate in weekly review meetings absorbing feedback to improve proctoring performance and implement changes accordingly.
- Proctoring Reports: Provide detailed daily reports to the Head Proctor or Process Head on proctoring performance and incident resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure the Assistant Proctor team is welltrained on the software and provide regular refresher training to keep the team uptodate on system enhancements and developments.
- Customer Service: Provide topnotch support to students and clients assisting them through chat and email channels during exams.

Additional Position Information:
- Fulltime Position with career growth opportunities
- Salaried Position with the potential to double your pay through performancebased bonus incentives
- Onsite Location: Hyderabad East (HYDE) or Hyderabad West (HYDW) depending on your location
- Core Hours: 9 hours per day including a 1hour break
- Shift Timing: Flexible availability required including nights days and weekends with a focus on night shifts
