Description

Position Title: Operations Change Manager
Location: Dallas TX Austin TX Chicago IL

Your role
As part of the Global Operations Training team the Operations Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change initiatives fostering clear and cohesive communication strategies and creating and maintaining essential content and resources to support operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. This role requires managing communicationrelated budgets overseeing distribution lists coordinating email communications and managing the Operations Department webpage while aligning with companywide messaging and branding. Strong organizational skills creative problemsolving and firstrate communication abilities are essential to succeed in this role.


What youll do
Change Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives ensuring delivery excellence and adaptability.
Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders to gain support and buyin for change initiatives.
Collaborate with project teams HR and other departments to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure consistent .
Support training program development and deployment to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes including lean learning and gamebased learning methodologies.
Track and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives using analytics platforms making adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.
Provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors enabling them to guide their teams through transitions and maximize employee adoption.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during the change process.
Think creatively and innovatively to address complex problems and pivot between strategy and based on organizational needs.
Champion best practices and emerging trends in change management methodologies and frameworks ensuring alignment with global enterprise transformation initiatives.


Communication Management:
Manage and maintain accurate distribution lists for various communication needs ensuring precision and timely delivery.
Coordinate and send out email communications to internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with the companys overall messaging and branding.
Actively engage with different departments to identify communication needs ensuring cohesive and strategic communication strategies that foster collaborative relationships.
Monitor the formal communication and Operations inquiry inbox analyze messages for significance and respond or direct questions to appropriate resources.
Stay informed and connected with company news updates and operational changes to deliver relevant timely messaging.
Maintain all internal webportal SharePoint pages under the Operations Department ensuring uptodate and accurate information.
Coordinate communications for global regional and technical training initiatives ensuring clarity and alignment across regions.
Develop a compelling point of view on communication best practices aligning with company branding and emerging trends.


Content and SOP Development:
Create own and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency drive process efficiency and support delivery excellence.
Oversee the content and updates for the companys Operations Department webpage ensuring userfriendly design and uptodate information.
Lead the creation and maintenance of communication materials that align with change management strategies and operational goals.
Drive clarity from ambiguity by presenting comprehensive strategies and actionable plans in content and SOP development.
Ensure all content is designed with a client/servicedriven approach prioritizing accessibility and engagement.
Leverage familiarity with software and product development lifecycles to create content that supports evolving operational needs.


What youll need
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading change and transformation initiatives for global operations enterprises.
Change Management Certification (i.e. Prosci CCMP etc. or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills
Command of change management methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using communication and change management analytics platforms and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
Analytical and problemsolving abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving
