About the Role

As our Founding Business Development Lead youll be a driving force in bringing our innovative technology to market. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping our gotomarket strategy and securing those crucial early customers and partnerships that will fuel our growth. This is a highimpact highreward opportunity for a passionate and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fastpaced startup environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Sales: Identify qualify and pursue leads within target markets (e.g. healthcare providers telehealth companies research institutions).
  • EarlyStage Sales: Masterfully articulate the value proposition of Amplifier Healths technology emphasizing both its current capabilities and its future potential.
  • Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and medical research groups to advance clinical trials and research collaborations.
  • GotoMarket Strategy: Contribute to the development and of our gotomarket strategy including pricing sales channels and marketing initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and industry leaders.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform our business development efforts.


Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: 5 years of experience in business development or sales in either healthcare or technology startups is required with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and go from firstcustomer to revenue growth.
  • Startup Experience: Experience working in an earlystage startup environment with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with bringing new technologies to market.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry including key trends challenges and regulatory landscape.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Relationship Building Expertise: Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport and establishing trust with stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of our longterm business development strategy.
  • ResultsOriented: A strong work ethic a passion for results and a drive to exceed expectations.
