Lead Engineer/Manager: HardwareSoftware Embedded systems Integration (Hyderabad only)

This role focuses on ensuring highquality endtoend testing and creating exceptional user experiences for innovative products like 3D printers and postprocessing accessories. TheRequirements:

• 8 years of experience in quality engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on hardwaresoftware integration.
• Deep knowledge of embedded systems and realtime hardwaresoftware integration.
• Proven experience in hardwaresoftwarefirmware testing for complex electromechanical products (e.g. 3D printers postprocessing devices).
• Strong understanding of embedded systems including microcontrollers sensors and communication protocols (e.g. I2C SPI UART).
• Experience in creating and executing test strategies for hardware and firmware systems.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks for embedded systems (e.g. Robot Framework VectorCAST LabVIEW).
• Experience in programming languages (e.g. Python C C) and test automation for hardwaresoftware environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills especially in working with global teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and a strong focus on continuous integration and delivery.
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Embedded Systems or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
• Comfortable working onsite with teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problemsolving and attention to detail.
• Onsite availability with a flexible work schedule 5 am 2 pm with a 1hour break).

TheResponsibilities:

• Lead a team of test engineers overseeing hardwaresoftwarefirmware integration efforts.
• Mentor and guide the team to ensure timely delivery and highquality testing.
• Foster communication and collaboration with crossfunctional teams in China and the US.
• Design and implement test strategies frameworks and processes for hardware software and firmware integration.
• Drive endtoend testing efforts to ensure seamless interaction between all system components focusing on 3D printers and postprocessing accessories.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
• Drive test automation efforts selecting appropriate frameworks for hardwaresoftwarefirmware interaction.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Regularly report on test progress defect metrics and system performance to leadership teams.
• Maintain and update detailed documentation for all testing procedures integration results and lessons learned.
• Serve as the primary integration point for local teams in Hyderabad and global teams in China and the US ensuring smooth project .
• Liaise with product managers hardware software and firmware engineers to align testing activities with product requirements.
• Identify track and manage defects related to embedded systems ensuring timely resolution and conducting thorough hardwaresoftware integration and regression testing as needed.
