  • Opportunity for a Customer & Tenure Operations Officer to join the Crown Lands team who manage and sustain some of the most iconic and diverse land across NSW
  • 1 x Ongoing fulltime opportunity 1 x Temporary FullTime opportunity up to June 2026
  • Office location Dubbo or Newcastle
  • Clerk Grade 3/4 salary relative to experience and ranges from $79032 to $86539 super

The role

Crown Lands is currently seeking to appoint multiple Customer & Tenure Operations Officers to undertake assessment and assurance activities in relation to Crown Lands tenures to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land.

In this role you will be joining a friendly supportive and hardworking team who approach their busy daytoday work with collaboration and dedication.

In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Undertake a wide range of activities in relation to the administration of licences and other tenures
  • Provide appropriate advice reports and recommendations to management the team and external clients in the resolution of licence and tenure issues and enquiries.
  • Interrogate a suite of products and services to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity of land information data ensuring quality and organisational requirements are met.
  • Provide a range of administrative services to support the effective operation of the unit.
