Key Responsibilities:
- PreOpening Leadership:
- Lead the planning and of preopening activities for new outlets including recruitment training setup and operational readiness.
- Develop preopening budgets and timelines ensuring all milestones are met.
- MultiOutlet Management:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets maintaining consistency in quality service and adherence to brand standards.
- Optimize processes implement SOPs and standardize workflows across locations.
- Financial Accountability:
- Prepare and monitor budgets for preopening & assist in Existing Outlet Budgets.
- Assist in measures to achieve profitability targets.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and manage inventory effectively.
- Customer and Market Focus:
- Ensure outstanding customer service across all outlets and address feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop regionspecific promotions for existing and new outlets.
- Analyze market trends to identify innovation and service improvements.
- Regulatory and Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with food safety health and local regulatory standards across all outlets.
- Stay updated on laws and regulations pertaining to new location openings.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Proven track record in handling preopening processes and managing operations for multiple outlets preferably in diverse locations.
- Leadership: Strong teambuilding and leadership skills to manage large geographically dispersed teams.
- Operational Expertise: Ability to develop and execute operational strategies tailored for different locations.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets controlling costs and analysing financial data.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different cultural and operational dynamics.
