The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 120 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming Tinting Threading and more. Collaborative work environment with onsite training strong membership base great location in Plano and corporate marketing and brand recognition that brings clients to you!
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an esthetician or cosmetologist who preferably has some lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and have some experience working in a salon atmosphere. You are highly motivated friendly and responsible!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 1 years as a Lash Stylist desired
- Customer service focused; loves on your clients
- Strong work ethic
- Initiates selflearning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings

Compensation: $50000.00 $75000.00 per year
