Were seeking a People Business Partner I to join our People team in our London office.
Responsibilities:
You will partner with executives in the Region to foster Krolls performancebased culture. The Business Partner will be involved in all People initiatives including performance management new hire orientation the annual review and compensation process retention strategies rewards and recognition programs employee relations and various other human resources issues. The Business Partner will also act as a go to person for staff in the regional offices with respect to the aforementioned issues. Additional responsibilities will be as follows:
- Interprets People and Company policies and ensures adherence to them.
- Supports YearEnd Performance Enablement Program for cities within Business Partners area of responsibility.
- Advise leaders as to base pay and incentive compensation adjustments and reviews.
- Partner with CoEs with a focus on driving performance through people employee engagement and culture.
- Support the L&D team to ensure learning opportunities are embraced and participated in widely across the organization.
- Closely partner with third party vendors and People Team leaders to continuously improve operational efficiency and drive service excellence across the EMEA region
- Support People Teaminitiatives including retention strategies and mentoring.
- Provides assistance with coaching business leaders in leadership and professional skills and capabilities.
- Orienting individual employees and conducting exit interviews.
- Partner with Employee Relation specilists and if required proactively lead and manage ER matters providing guidance and support and coaching to Managers on ER processes and compliance to employment regulation and law (including conducting investigations disciplinaries grievances and appeals contracts absence management and TUPE)
- Use data analytics to inform decisions across the EMEA region
- Partner with EMEA city leaders andthe Head of People Service Excellence to implement cultural initiatives across the region.
- Act as an advocate and role model within the People team and embrace and deliver on the Firms values
- Assist with various People projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Significant progressive human resources experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (CIPD Level 5 preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and internal & external stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Confident and effective communication throughout all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate confidentiality in all People related matters
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Excellent organization skills ability to multitask and prioritize with minimum direction
- Strong time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office and data analytics skills e.g. compensation performance attrition
- Detailed understanding of human resource laws and regulations of the EMEA countries
- and delivery focused with an approach that emphasizes collaboration and One Team One Kroll
- Ability to travel within regions of responsibility
