We seek a dynamic and experiencedTechnical Managerto lead our software development team. In this role you will manage a highperforming Scrum team while providing technical direction and oversight for the technologies we use and the evolution of our product. You will play a pivotal role in delivering missioncritical systems for Emergency Call Centers and supporting the teams who develop software that delivers in lifeordeath situations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development proven leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of agile methodologies. As a leader you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our product.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mentor and motivate a Scrum team of developers ensuring highquality software is delivered on schedule.
Oversee thetechnical directionandarchitectureof the product ensuring it aligns with business goals and industry best practices.
Foster a collaborative and agile environment encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in software development.
Stay current withindustry trendsand emerging technologies to drive innovation and keep the product at the forefront of technology.
Contribute handson to product development particularly inJavaandcloud environmentsalongside the team.
Collaborate with product managers stakeholders and other teams to ensure successful implementation of missioncritical systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as aTechnical Manageror in a similar leadership role within a software development environment.
Practical experience in developinglargescale software systems with a focus on both backend and cloudbased technologies.
Strong understanding of thesoftware development lifecycle especially forcloudbased software.
Proficiency inverbal and written communicationin bothEnglishandPolish with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability tolead and mentora Scrum team fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Expertise in overseeing thetechnical directionandarchitectureof complex software products.
Passion for stayingcurrent with industry trendsand emerging technologies driving innovation and ensuring the product remains competitive.
Bachelors DegreeinComputer ScienceSoftware EngineeringMathematics or a related field.
Experience withpublic cloud platformssuch asMicrosoft Azure orAmazon AWS.
