You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Associate in Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts for Consumer Banking (National Branch Network).
In this role you will:
Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract recruit and hire branch banking talent to include tellers bankers and other branch level roles.
Recruit for multiple job openings and manage high volume candidate pools simultaneously.
Assist hiring managers in defining and validating key position requirements sourcing strategies and reviewing affirmative action goals.
Review candidates information to determine if job qualifications are met.
Conduct interviews and evaluate employment factors such as job experience education training skills knowledge and abilities.
Consult with management and peers to include but not limited to branch managers district managers and regional executives and leaders.
Ensure a positive experience for internal and external candidates and hiring managers.
Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate and consult in a matrixed environment with recruiting colleagues and other internal partners.
Plan and conduct innovative employment advertising campaigns to recruit candidates.
Review and analyze selected candidates on various factors such as job experience education training skills knowledge and abilities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the company.
Required Qualifications US:
6 months of Recruiting experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience building and executing proactive sourcing strategies leveraging Beamery (candidate relationship management system) LinkedIn and other tools/resources to attract talent.
Knowledge and understanding of HR policies practices and procedures.
Strong risk management and compliance skills.
Experience communicating and consulting with leaders at all levels.
Experience delivering a positive and engaging customer experience.
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience building and executing proactive sourcing strategies for hard to fill specialty positions.
Experience recruiting for multiple job openings simultaneously.
Experience working and influencing within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
Experience consulting on and negotiating compensation packages.
Knowledge and understanding of HR policies practices and procedures including an understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements.
Experience staying current with recruiting industry trends developments and technologies.
Job Expectations:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
This position will primarily work across the Mountain and Pacific time zones.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
