Your ability to connect with people and drive results will directly fuel our success.
Job Duties: How You Win Everyday
- Own the conversation. Make outbound and take inbound calls engaging homeowners and scheduling free consultations with our experts.
- Crush your goals. Consistently meet or exceed lead conversion and appointment retention metrics.
- Bring the energy. Every interaction is a chance to WOW our customers.
- Collaborate and elevate. Work seamlessly with internal teams to deliver an unmatched customer experience.
Qualifications: What You Offer
- Must be at least 18
- Preemployment screening includes but isnt limited to a felony/misdemeanor background check
- Minimum of 12 years of customer service experience
- A history of reliable and consistent job longevity
