Were looking for talented Junior Consultants to join our Management Consulting Operations Transformation department as of September 2025.

Youll work on a variety of projects to improve our clients supply chain but also to make their entire business more agile. Want to make a difference Are you collaborative caring and daring Passionate about delivering topnotch services in a digital environment If this sounds like you read on.

Your impact
We offer young graduates the unique opportunity to take part in a twoyear rotation programme which allows you to work in each of our four competence groups (Plan Source Make and Deliver) and have impact on society across our Management Consulting Operations practice.

  • Work with clients to (re)define the vision and strategy for their supply chain (from procurement to delivery) in line with their overall business strategy;

  • Digitize and transform the endtoend supply chain by leveraging technologies and PwC knowhow on processes and digital solutions of technologies including AI;

  • Work on projects across our four competence groups to help clients with S&OP planning optimising their production and distribution network procurement and many more supply chain topics.

  • Leverage best practices and PwC benchmarks to identify process organization and costimprovement opportunities;

  • Work with client resources to learn and understand their requirements to design processes organizations and operating models enabling our clients to achieve bestpractice value and efficiency levels;

  • Analyze the impact of the changes on client operations and develop a change management approach enabling a successful implementation and sustained results;

  • Work on a variety of projects along the supply chain improving business performance;

  • Work on large transformation projects for global clients;

  • Developing sustainable value chains in the context of a changing world taking into account concepts such as resilience regulations green deal etc.

About you

  • Masters degree

  • Recent graduate degree or now completing your final year of studies

  • Analytical mind and lots of creativity

  • Enthusiastic about new technologies recent developments and challenges in the supply chain environment

  • Proactive clientoriented mindset

  • Ability to transform challenges into opportunities

  • Combine preference to work together in a team with the ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Eagerness to learn

  • Fluency in English and native in French
