We are seeking a talented individual to join our South Africa team at Marsh. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days in the office each week.

We will count on you to:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Marsh Risk Management Africa Practice ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.
Lead client management sales and new business development efforts while maintaining key client relationships to drive organic growth across South Africa and the broader African market.
Collaborate with industry and client service leaders to deliver exceptional client service and innovative solutions while identifying new business opportunities and maximizing client retention.
Set strategic financial direction develop budgets and analyze financial performance to ensure costeffective operations and profitability.
Foster a highperformance team culture focusing on talent acquisition development and retention to build a robust succession pool for critical roles.
What you need to have:
Bachelors Degree or above in Business Administration Insurance or Law.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the insurance or adjacent industry with proven P&L responsibility.
Strong background in risk management strategy development and sales/service delivery models.
Demonstrated management experience at the EXCO level with a track record of leading initiatives related to client management and business development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients peers and stakeholders.
