Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design and implement scalable solutions that reduce technical debt align our Salesforce environment with strategic business goals and support the growth of the organization. In this role you will collaborate with revenue and client services teams to evaluate and optimize Salesforce and supporting tools ensuring our tech stack aligns with longterm business success
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic objectives.
- Optimize Service Cloud for team including OmniChannel and future chatbot and ABX integrations.
- Reduce technical debt by maintaining a clean efficient codebase and system.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations Apex code and integrations.
- Partner with revenue and client services teams to evaluate and implement system enhancements that contribute to business objectives.
- Share expertise and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in technical roles including 2 years in Salesforce development.
- Proficient in Apex Visualforce Lightning and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Able to align technical solutions with broader business goals and contribute to the overall technology strategy.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II preferred.
- Scalable Salesforce solutions that are aligned with and support business growth.
- Reduced technical debt and a wellmaintained Salesforce environment.
- Successful partnerships with key teams to drive integrations that enhance operational efficiency and meet business objectives.
