Job Description
Our client a nationally recognized construction litigation firm* is seeking a fulltime Litigation Attorneyto join its San Francisco Bay Area office.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience with construction contracts and disputes.
- Strong civil litigation background.
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings motions and discovery documents.
- Ability to manage document discovery efficiently.
- Experience with depositions arguing motions and preparing for mediations trials and arbitrations is a plus.
- Admission to the California Bar is required.
