Job Description
As a member of our Hospitality Team you will be the face of the Woodhouse brand the first impression a guest has of our spa. Whether a guest visits us to purchase a gift card book an appointment learn about our unique transformative services or embark on a luxurious retreat you will help facilitate each guests time at the spa from beginning to end.

Responsibilities
- Assisting Guests with Retail Selections
- Offering and Suggesting Opportunities for Guests to Extend Service Time
- Selling the Guest on the importance in Rebooking their next Treatment
- Informing and Promoting New Services to Guests
- Dedicated to upholding the Guest Experience Journey with each and every guest that enters the Spa.
Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:
- Closing the Sale
- Exceptional hospitality/guest service communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to details.
- Advanced critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Organization and time management skills; detail oriented selfmotivated and able to oversee many projects at one time.
- Schedule with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
