Job Description
You must have handson experience in manufacturing areas such as Production Planning Quality Maintenance logistics Stores etc in the Faade industry. Experience in setting up a Faade factory from scratch is desirable.

Internal :
Facade Production Manufacturing OHSAS 18001 Kaizen ISO Manufacturing Head ISO Standards 9001 & 14001
Qualifications :
BE./ BTech with 1020 years experience in Manufacturing aluminium and Steel Building Materials specifically Facades

Our client is Indias leading Building Materials Company with the largest market share and is one of the largest uPVC and Aluminium Windows & Doors and Faade Manufacturers & suppliers in India. The company has ambitious plans to expand in manufacturing Facades.
The company is part of an erstwhile Industrial group acknowledged for its growth transparent work culture and diversity. Established only about a decade ago this company today boasts of sales and service presence in more than 200 cities through twenty sales offices four factories nine Signature Studios more than 100 dealer showrooms and a strong direct sales force of more than 300 executives.
Key Individual Accountabilities :
- Strategic: Introduction & Implementation of good manufacturing practices in the plant
- Financial: Achieving targets related to quality cost productivity delivery and customer satisfaction
- People Orientation: Should be able to manage a team of 100.
Internal :
- Manufacturing head/Faade Design/SCM/Commercial/IT/Installation team.
- External vendors/ consultants/Trainers.
- Behavioral: Should be a good strategist business oriented Manage multiple stakeholders mentoring etc
- Functional: Must be Aware & hands on with Productivity tools such as 6 SigmaLean ManufacturingTPM Value stream mapping Kaizen ISO Standards 9001 & 14001 OHSAS 18001 etc
- Good to have: Should have decent communication and interpersonal skills
- Introduction & Implementation of good manufacturing practices in the plant
- Achieving operational goals
- Achieving targets related to quality cost productivity delivery and customer satisfaction
- Optimal utilization of work force and machinery
- Ensure all production KPIs are met as per budget
- Creating analytical MIS Reports & Presentations
