Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all engineering operations at the mining site
- Ensure the efficient functioning and maintenance of equipment
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and monitor compliance with safety regulations
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage and develop a team of engineering professionals
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum N3
- Electrical or Mechanical trade certificate
- Flameproof certificate
- Gas testing certificate
- Certificate in management will be an advantage and
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum of 10 years experience on underground Inbye machines and
- Minimum of 5 years management or supervisory experience
