Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Channel Owner to lead the strategy and growth of our Online and Mobile Banking (OB/MB) platforms. This role is key to driving engagement optimizing user experiences and managing vendor relationships to ensure we deliver a seamless innovative digital banking experience to our customers.
This is an inoffice position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the digital channel roadmap for OB/MB prioritizing features and functionality.
- Drive user engagement and growth within our customer base.
- Collaborate with Treasury Management and Marketing to enhance commercial adoption and design targeted campaigns.
- Manage vendor relationships ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and optimal performance.
- Utilize data and user feedback to optimize the platform integrate thirdparty solutions and streamline workflows.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and deliver insights to improve channel effectiveness.
- Ensure platform design and UI meet brand regulatory and compliance standards.
- Develop and report on KPIs to monitor traffic conversion and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree with 68 years of banking experience in digital channels (online banking mobile apps website management).
- Experience as a Online or Mobile Banking Product Owner is required. This includes but is not limited to Q2 Digital Insights Retail Online Banking Alkami and Temenos.
- Strong background in product management particularly within digital or technologydriven industries.
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud preferred.
- Knowledge of thirdparty solutions like Jack Henry Fiserv and FIS is a plus.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and tools like Google Analytics Power BI or Tableau for performance monitoring.
- Excellent presentation skills for various audiences including staff management and executives.
