The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) is looking for a Director of Architecture & Engineering to join our Washington D.C./hybrid team.
The Director of Architecture and Engineering will be a seasoned professional to lead our software development solution architecture and data architecture & engineering teams. This pivotal role will drive our technology transformation as we incorporate a scaled agile operating model driving modern development processes and tech stacks to the organization. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product membership marketing and operations to ensure that our technology solutions align with the organizations goals enhancing our commitment to empowering medical group practices through data insights and advocacy.
Essential Functions:
Supervisory duties:
Direct supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees planning assigning and directing work including goal setting appraising performance rewarding and disciplining employees addressing complaints and resolving problems.
