Job Summary:
As a member of the Corporate Development & Strategy team reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy you will work collaboratively across CooperCompanies to evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities. You will provide tools to the management team with analytical support to provide insights to guide the business. You will contribute to the M&A deal process along with support of the postacquisition integration process. You will also participate in corporate strategic analyses and create materials for key business stakeholders executive leadership and Board of Directors.
Travel:
This role may involve travel to the companys operations within North America and more rarely around the world depending on the needs of the business.Travel is not expected to exceed 20 of the position.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation the starting base pay for this role is between $75663.00 and $100884.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments.he actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
