Job Description
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel for a global software company based in Switzerland. In this role the Senior Legal Counsel will provide critical legal support for the DACH region with a strong focus on commercial contracting while working closely with crossfunctional business units. This position reports directly to the Head of Legal. Fluency in both English and German is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft review and negotiate a broad array of SaaS agreements including customer contracts vendor agreements servicelevel agreements (SLAs) and licensing terms.
- Advise on legal and regulatory compliance for SaaS products with a focus on GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing Customer Success and other teams to support contract negotiations address customer inquiries.
- Commercially trained lawyer with 5 years of experience preferably in SaaS technology or ICT sectors.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Strong ability to work within a global organization and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in both German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
