My client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury (Defense) Paralegal to join their Downtown Orlando office. A hybrid work schedule is available. In this role you will support attorneys handling complex highexposure personal injury defense cases.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential discovery and evidentiary issues
- Draft discovery responses and nonparty subpoenas
- Prepare and organize documents for production
- Coordinate expert conferences and compile expert materials
- Collect client documents and verification pages for interrogatories
- Draft witness and exhibit lists
- Prepare exhibits and objections as needed
Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of litigation discovery and trial preparation on the defense side
- Wellversed in the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
