What Youll Do:
- Engage with existing customers via phone and email executing clientprovided campaigns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Identify and qualify key contacts to ensure outreach reaches the right decisionmakers.
- Understand and fulfill client needs ensuring project goals and expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records by updating CRM tools or databases with all callrelated activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and group targets.
- Provide exceptional customer support serving as a reliable point of contact for end users.
- Communicate effectively demonstrating strong written and verbal skills.
- Utilize CRM tools and databases to analyze and generate reports as needed.

Compensation & Perks:
Pay: $15$16 per hour (based on experience).
