Job Description
Senior Helpers Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Indian/Hindi Caregiver Preferred
Location: Fairfax City VA 22031
Schedule: Weekends Only with Excellent Pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals.
- Assist with daily activities including bathing dressing grooming and feeding.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor and document patients health conditions including physical wellbeing.
- Provide medication reminders and encourage patient participation in physical therapy exercises.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the office to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
- Reliable transportation to commute to the client location in Fairfax City VA 22031.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
Preferences:
Client follows Hindu traditions and prefers an Indian caregiver who can align with their cultural needs and native language.
