The Manager (Partner) will be responsible for managing a group of partners within National Client Support Services including the annual performance management process training and career development. The Partner is responsible for an endtoend process analysis with an understanding of technical and operating challenges and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
1. Seasoned multidisciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise
2. Focus of role is on of strategic direction of business function activities
3. Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
4. Displays a balanced crossfunctional perspective liaising with the business to improve efficiency effectiveness and productivity
5. Conducts performance management and career development processes provides input for staffing and disciplinary actions and provides handson training to staff
6. Develops periodic goals organizes the work sets shortterm priorities monitors all activities and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.
7. Provides input and support to budget management process
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Indepth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Units goals resources needed and to assess skills and develop staff.
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
Salary Range:
$USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
