Job Description
Capitol Nissan is looking for professionals to join our growing team. We provide on the job training and a welcoming family friendly environment. As an accounts Receivables you will help our team by accurately performing basic data entry and accounting tasks.

- A/R clerk ensures accuracy of accounting needs on a weeklymonthly and annual basis
- handle financial Records
- Daily Deposits
- Timely record keeping of accounting information to our inventory
- Prepare customer receipts
- Call vendors for our payments
- Reconcile receivables schedules
- Maintain Petty cash flow
- Send monthly invoices
- clean cash sales and AR schedules
- Maintain reconciled Daily deposit
Job Requirements
- Automotive Business office experience (minimum 1 Years)
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
- Problem solving Skills
- Professional and on Time
- Deal with confidential information discreetly
