Job Description
ATCS is seeking a seniorlevel Transportation Construction Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong project management and client experience as a trusted advisor to facilitate delivery of Construction Projects and Programs. This individual will ideally be local to the DCBaltimore metro area.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Facilitate management and delivery of construction operations ontime within budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Support Business development duties for major project/contract pursuits when necessary;
- Serve as a constructability and QA/QC lead when necessary support refinement of ATCS Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) plan and ensure its application and consistency across all offices for all project deliverables and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Strong leadership skills and 25 years of experience desired managing construction operations in the areas of traditional designbidbuild alternative delivery and P3 projects;
- Virginia PE license required; PE in additional ATCS markets preferred (Md NC SC PA etc.;
- Demonstrated relationships with clients as well as other local engineering firms with the ability to provide exceptional client interface and service delivery;
- Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Active in professional organizations preferably having served on committees or held positions of responsibility;
- DOT project delivery experience in Virginia and Maryland a huge plus;
- Ability to travel as needed.
Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position we offer a competitive salary range of $155500 to $233500 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual management bonus with a target of 10 to 15 of the employees annualized salary.
