Role Overview:
Working within our Learning and Development department key areas of responsibility will include designing delivering and evaluating high impact and engaging training to colleagues across the business supporting the development of our Analysts and upskilling our Head Office team.
This is a dynamic role in a fastpaced environment where you can truly make a difference by equipping Analysts with the required skills and behaviours theyll need to deliver excellence for our clients and support them to reach their full potential. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about developing emerging talent have experience of working in change and transformation and understand business consultancy.
This role will be based from our London Hub 3 days per week. Travel may be required as the role requires a mix of both virtual and face to face delivery across our London and Manchester office locations.

Experience:
Facilitating training both virtually and in person for circa 20 delegates.
Designing impactful and engaging learning content.

Working in a fast paced consultancy environment.
Experience of working in change and transformation.
Core Competencies/Knowledge:
Project methodology: Agile Waterfall Prince2.
Project Roles: Business Analyst Project Management PMO Scrum Master Product Owner Software Developer Tester and Data Analysis.
Project Types: Digital Transformation System Implementation Regulatory Business Improvement MI and Reporting.
Other Relevant Knowledge: Information Security Dev Ops Architecture and Infrastructure.
Desired Certifications:
BCS Business Analysis / P30 / APMG Agile Project Management / PRINCE2 / CompTIA / Product Owner or Scrum Master Certifications.
Salary and Benefits:
Up to 60000
25 days of annual leave increasing with every year of service capped at 30 days.
3 days in central London Office weekly with flexibility to travel to events when required.
Pension 3 employer and 5 Grayce contribution.
