As a Talent Acquisition Consultant youll play a key role in ensuring healthcare facilities across Western Australia have access to highly skilled nursing professionals when they need it most. Youll manage recruitment for temporary nursing roles ensuring fast and seamless placements. This is a unique opportunity within Serco to help fill critical gaps and make a meaningful contribution to public health services.
This role welcomes applications from individuals in all states and territories across Australia.Please note that youll need to work according to Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant youll make a positive impact by:
- Proactively searching for the quality nursingtalent across all social and networking platforms and job boards
- Building a talent pool of qualified nurses for temporary roles
- Continuously generating maintaining and sharing a suite of highquality reports that evidence activity and results
- Coordinating interviews credential checks and compliance processes
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role youll have:
- Recent experience in highvolume temporary healthcare recruitment
- A clinical background ideally in nursing and the ability to have complex conversations about Award rates and specialisations
- Knowledge of nursing roles healthcare operations or clinical recruitment
- A data driven orientation You base decisions on data and share selfgenerated data to influence others
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet placement targets
- A proactive solutionfocused approach with high attention to detail
