Description
Mackin Educational Resources a trusted leader in the education industry is seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong accuracy multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections processes
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets
- Process invoices payments and expense reports
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits
- Handle sales tax returns specialized invoicing and company credit card reconciliation
- Support additional finance and accounting functions as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to internal and external interactions
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word email and accounting software
Education & Experience:
- 2year degree or relevant experience in an accountingrelated role
Hours:
- Fulltime Monday Friday (Onsite Burnsville MN)
Wages:
- Range: $21.0024.00 per hour
