Key Responsibilities:
IT Service Management (ITSM):
- Lead the ITSM function ensuring a structured approach to incident problem change and request management.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery ensuring operational efficiency and business alignment.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs for IT service performance.
- Oversee the IT service catalog ensuring transparency and ease of use for business stakeholders.
- Champion the adoption of ITIL best practices and process automation.
Project Management Office (PMO)
- Oversee the IT PMO ensuring project alignment with business priorities and valuedriven .
- Define and enforce governance processes for IT project intake prioritization and .
- Provide regular status reports and updates to senior leadership on project progress risks and issues.
- Establish and continuously improve the project management processes tools and templates to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Promote the adoption of Agile Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies based on the project requirements.
IT Financial Management:
- Manage the IT budget ensuring cost transparency financial discipline and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and implement IT chargeback/showback models to optimize cost allocation and accountability.
- Partner with finance teams to develop longterm IT investment strategies and financial forecasting.
- Track IT spend ensuring cost optimization and alignment with business needs.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CIO driving IT governance maturity and service excellence.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of ITSM governance and financial management professionals.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to ensure IT services meet evolving business demands.
- Stay ahead of industry trends bringing innovative ideas to enhance IT efficiency and value delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in information technology Business Finance or a related field (Masters preferred)
- 10 years of experience in IT service management IT governance or IT financial management.
- Deep understanding of ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Cherwell) and project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and leading highperforming teams.
- Expertise in ITIL COBIT and IT governance frameworks.
- Experience managing IT budgets financial planning and cost optimization in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
