About the role
An exciting new opportunity has come available to join ARRCS as our Facilities and Maintenance Manager. This busy and rewarding role will see you oversee the maintenance services across all ARRCS sites across the Northern Territory.
You will ensure that sites are operating to legislative standards and operate to safety standard for our residents visitors staff and contractors. In addition you will provide guidance and support to major projects such as new developments major refurbishments and upgrades.
As the successful candidate you will bring to the organisation a background and knowledge of local contractors and suppliers. You will be up to date with WHS and Emergency legislation and be able to demonstrate a solid career in trades. You will be knowledgeable with facility and asset management and be able to support the organisation with auditing record keeping and policy around working in safe practices.
In addition you will be a supportive and approachable staff member. You will be able to manage sites remotely and be comfortable when required to travel to remote areas of the Northern Territory. In return ARRCS are offering an attractive remuneration package and flexible working conditions.
