About the role

As a Premier Loan Officer you are responsible for providing dedicated loan origination support to customers of Premier Agents within a specific region helping them to navigate the mortgage process and achieve their homeownership goals. This role reports to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate mortgage loans guiding borrowers through the process ensuring compliance and providing all vital documentation for underwriting processing and funding.

• Achieve production targets by actively engaging with customers and agents using data to effectively manage and prioritize a book of business for optimized efficiency.

• Handle incoming leads from assigned Premier Agent partners and generate selfsourced leads through strong partner relationships.

• Promptly contact borrowers upon lead receipt and follow up after the initial discovery call to assess financing readiness and offer personalized support.

• Manage multiple leads and loans within SLAs ensuring timely followup and efficient processing while communicating effectively via phone email and text.

• Build strong relationships with assigned agents and partners through regular communication and personalized support to encourage repeat business.

• Stay informed on market trends and nuances to tailor the customer and agent experience.

• Conduct occasional inmarket visits to engage with agents and drive ZHL involvement.

• Ensure all transactions follow applicable laws regulations and company guidelines.

• Maintain active licensing complete required education/training and stay current on regulatory changes and loan program knowledge.

• This role involves the collection storage and use of your voiceprints (records of speech).

• Perform other duties as assigned

This role has been categorized as an Office position. Office employees regularly work at an existing ZG corporate office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month. Employees must live within reasonable commuting distance of their designated ZG office. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.

In California Colorado Connecticut Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota Nevada New York Washington state and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $12.00 $25.00 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California Colorado Connecticut Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota Nevada New York Washington state and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

Actual amounts will vary depending on experience performance and location.

Role Requirements:

• 1 years of purchase mortgage origination experience as an active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses or a Loan Originator working under a bank license (required)

• Successfully completed the 20hr SAFE Prelicensing Education and passed the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test National Component with Uniform State Content (required)

• Proven track record in handling purchase loans and working with real estate agents

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of client service and exhibit a passion for helping people

• Excellent interpersonal skills deep mortgage process knowledge and ability to fund loans successfully

• Proficient in Microsoft products such as Outlook Word and Excel

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

• Ability to travel inmarket at least 5 of the time
