Job Description

POSITION: Escrow Support Processor

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full time

ASSIGNMENT: 4/14/2025 to 7/14/2025 potential for extension and temp to perm

LOCATION: Corona CA 100 onsite)

SCHEDULE: MF 40 hrs Ability to work Pacific hours 6:00am PST to 6:00 pm PST.

PAY RANGE: $20 hourly (Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows relieving branches of highvolume processes. Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches and occasionally customers.

Primary role is to scan/image escrowrelated documents to ensure history is archived and that vital records are protected and meet quality control standards.

Receipt in Lender/ Buyer Funds work closely with Escrow to provide in office support fulfilling prior to doc conditions manage HOA demands and process remediation and escrow support functions on a national level.

This is a high volume production role consisting of 6.5 hours of daily processing. Tasks are repetitive and not customer facing.

Manager will meet with worker on a monthly basis to review production numbers and train on new tasks. Candidate starts with 2 assigned processes/tasks eventually building up to 17 processes once they have mastered previous tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Selfstarter problem solver team oriented detail oriented not afraid of pressure and change.

Strong customer service skills Competent with Microsoft Office Experience Time Management Leadership Skills Team Player

Escrow/industry experience nice to have

Previous successful hires have been entry level candidates and may have retail food service and customer service background

Overtime may be required depending on the business need and/or risk.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:

  • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Use of computers and technology.
