As a Client Support Representative you will help resolve customer issues provide product information and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will be the voice of the company delivering worldclass support through various communication channels.
Assist customers via phone email and chat
Provide accurate clear and helpful information
Solve issues quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system
Work closely with other teams to improve the overall service experience
Follow up on customer queries to ensure resolution
Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken)
Good level of English
Experience in customer service is a plus but not necessary
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Computer literate (MS Office CRM systems)
Teamoriented with the ability to work independently
Positive attitude and high attention to detail
