Your Role:
As a Customer Support Representative youll be at the heart of our customer service operations. Your main responsibility will be assisting customers via phone email and chat ensuring they receive timely and effective support. You will provide solutions answer inquiries and ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers professionally and promptly via phone email and chat
Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
Troubleshoot issues and offer the best solutions to ensure satisfaction
Update customer records and document all interactions accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with each interaction
What You Need to Succeed:
Fluency in Slovenian (written and spoken)
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office CRM systems)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and high accuracy
