Your Mission as Parts & Accessories Manager:
Industry Expertise: Be the goto parts & accessoriesexpert ensuring our dealership remains a top competitor in the market.
Drive Performance: Oversee and optimize sales processes hold team accountable for key metrics and ensure we meet (and exceed) revenue goalsf or the department.
Team Leadership: Foster a strong motivated team by maintaining great relationships with employees vendors and customers.
Financial Oversight: Manage and approve expenditures while ensuring financial success within the parts & accessories department.
Brand Champion: Be the market expert for the brands we carry understanding what drives customer interest and sales.
