Job Description: The Pool and Facilities Director manages all facility operations to ensure a safe fully functional and wellmaintained environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing the daytoday operations maintenance and safety of the pool facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of pool cleanliness safety and overall functionality ensuring a superior experience for all patrons. A strong background in pool maintenance water chemistry and facility management is essential to succeed in this role. This role involves recruiting training and managing a team of Maintenance Technicians while providing leadership to foster a highperformance culture.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pool maintenance facility management or related field.
Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry filtration systems and pool safety practices.
Current CPO certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
First Aid/CPR certification (required within 90 days of hire).
Two or more years of college or trade school preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry filtration systems and pool safety practices.
Current CPO certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
First Aid/CPR certification (required within 90 days of hire).
