What youll be doing
- Partner with the sales team to guide prospective customers through the presales journey from discovery to product demonstrations and technical validation.
- Serve as a product expert ensuring customers fully understand and see the value of the platform during evaluations.
- Work closely with prospects to craft tailored solutions that solve their business challenges setting the stage for successful deal closure.
- First Presales hire in Sweden play a key role in shaping and expanding the function with opportunities to grow into a leadership role.
What you should bring along
- 3 years of experience in presales solution consulting or sales engineering ideally in ITSM ERP SaaS or cloudbased solutions.
- Ability to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders from system owners to Clevel executives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture cloud services and integrations.
- Fluent in Swedish & English.
