Job Description
Description of the role:
The Parts Counterperson at Campus Ford in Waynesboro VA will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in obtaining needed parts and supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers inperson and over the phone with their parts inquiries
- Locate parts efficiently and accurately in inventory
- Process part orders and returns
- Deliver parts as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an automotive parts department preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Must have a clean driving record
