As the Global Business Development Manager for the Mobility industry you will drive customer acquisition and expand key accounts across France. You will promote industryspecific solutions based on NX groups products and supply chain solutions youll develop strategies to capture new opportunities crosssell services and ensure toplevel relationship management with key global and regional accounts. This role is pivotal in shaping the growth trajectory of Nippon Express in the Mobility sector.

Business Development

  • Enhance Nippon Express position in the Mobility industry and meet growth and profitability objectives with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the French market.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop strategic account plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.

Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the mobility sector.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication regular business reviews and problem resolution.
  • Manage RFQ timelines prepare RFI documentation and collaborate with tender management and product divisions for proposal development.

Sales Strategy and

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the mobility sector.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote Nippon Express services.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with decisionmakers and influencers within customer organizations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts handling inquiries issues and escalations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional and crosscountry teams to drive efficiency and process improvement through effective communication coordination and teamwork.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management highlighting performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities opportunities and customer information.


Requirements

Experience:

  • Proven experience of min. 10 years in sales and business development preferably within the logistics sector specifically focused on mobility or the automotive industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of air freight ocean freight and logistics business models

Location Requirement: Applicants must be residents of France.

Market Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the French mobility market including customer needs industry trends and competitors. Possess an excellent portfolio of contacts within the automobile industry.

Sales Excellence: Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on crossselling and expanding customer portfolios.

Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building longterm relationships.

CRM Proficiency: Expertise in managing sales pipelines and RFQs through CRM systems.

Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to close deals and achieve winwin outcomes.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English with the ability to effectively present and communicate complex concepts.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
