Job Summary
We are seeking a talentedCommercial Lines Account Managerto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients understanding their insurance needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage terms prepare quotes and provide recommendations to clients.
- Analyze and review insurance policies identifying coverage gaps and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.
- Handle policy renewals endorsements and claims management advocating for clients best interests throughout the process.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the commercial insurance industry.
- Indepth understanding of commercial insurance products coverages and underwriting principles.
- Strong negotiation communication and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of insurance software and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
