SALES REPRESENTATIVE Lawrenceville GA.
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Sales Representative will build relationships with existing customers maximize profitability identify and develop new leads educate prospects and attract new longterm accounts.
Uncapped commission & an opportunity to make between $200000$500000 per year!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate new business using various sales methods (doortodoor cold calling presentations LinkedIn Seamless ai etc..
- Partner closely with the sales leadership to undertake strategic revenuegenerating initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans within market to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain an open line of communication with immediate supervisor by reporting field activity customer relations and current status of accounts.
- Maintain pipeline opportunities and log all activity in the designated customer relationship management (Salesforce) system.
- Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of company solutions and competition in the market.
- Attain and maintain adequate knowledge of competing products.
- Attain and maintain adequate knowledge of the Peachtree Packaging and Display Inc. Systems and processes.
- Creatively troubleshoot issues in order to meet customer needs
- Solicit feedback and requirements from customers to provide key input on product improvements and new products.
- Be proficient and responsive with communication
- Strive for 100 customer satisfaction rating
- Participate in ongoing training to increase professional growth and job effectiveness
- Follow and enforce established department policies procedures work instructions and safety and environmental guidelines.
- Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in in Marketing Business Administration or a technical field.
EXPERIENCE:
- 12 years of Industrial or Manufacturing outside sales experience or other relevant fieldexperience within the packaging (corrugated SBS/chipboard etc. and/or printing (flexographic digital print and/or offset printing)industries preferred.
- B2B sales experience preferred.

- Knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong planning organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and follow through on competing initiatives and issues across different accounts.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Standing walking talking hearing and vision are required over 90 of the time.Sitting is required less than 90 of the time. Feeling is required 75 of the time while twisting reaching is required about 20 of the time.Low levels of lifting 10 pounds or less) is required about 5 of the time while medium levels of lifting and carrying 20 to 50 pounds) are required less than 5 of the time.
