About the Role
The AI & Legal Innovation Application Analyst I is an integral part of Lathams Technology and Information Services team and will be responsible for administering and managing applications introduced to the firm by the team while collaborating with team members to maintain the AI & Innovation application portfolio tracker ensuring that key metadata is current. This role will be located in either our Orange County office New York office or Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and inoffice presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive support for AI & Innovation applications including consulting troubleshooting and training
- Monitoring application usage metadata to aid in administration such as identifying power users and reallocating unused licenses
- Managing access requests for applications including adding new members to Single SignOn with Active Directory access groups and retiring inactive users
- Capturing and tracking clientmatter number metadata from platforms storing client data through a manual process
- Supporting the software onboarding process by updating trackers creating application information pages on the AI & I Intranet and assisting with rollout planning and support
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive confidential privileged financial and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Wed love to hear from you if you:
- Demonstrate proficiency with a variety of productivitybased software such as Microsoft Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Adobe Acrobat Asana etc.
- Possess experience with legal technology such as Office & Dragons Legatics StructureFlow and Atticus preferably
- Exhibit knowledge of the legal tech industry and familiarity with tasks regarding the onboarding of new software
And have:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field preferably; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- A minimum of two 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
