Job Description
Job Title: Physics Teacher
Reports To: Principal
Location: Nalanda Vidyaniketan School
Experience: Minimum 4 6 years
Qualification: Postgraduate in Physics (M.Sc. Physics or equivalent) with B.Ed.
Job Summary:
Nalanda Vidyaniketan School is looking for an experienced Physics Teacher to teach senior classes. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of physics concepts strong teaching skills and the ability to engage students effectively. The role involves delivering highquality lessons conducting lab experiments and preparing students for board and competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics to highergrade students in an engaging and effective manner.
- Develop lesson plans assignments and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Conduct practical sessions and ensure proper use of lab equipment.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams like JEE and NEET.
- Use modern teaching tools and methodologies for better concept clarity.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Participate in staff meetings workshops and school activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure adherence to school policies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and interactive teaching methods.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing students for board exams (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Exposure to innovative teaching strategies and technology integration.
Requirements
