Job Description
We are seeking an IT Systems Officer that can design improve deploy and manage our complex IT infrastructure with minimal impact on our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure stable IT operations assist the external IT firstline support service provider to resolve the more complex issues and report security incidents.
Oversee the design implementation maintenance and documentation of IT infrastructure including networks servers and systems. Ensure that architectural documents system drawings and technical and user guidelines for managed equipment are up to date.
Plan and execute IT infrastructure improvements ensure governance throughout improvement projects ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
Perform installation configuration and maintenance of IT equipment in secure rooms and office areas
Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organizations digital assets
Collaborate with the Security Officer to prepare and execute the Security Evaluation Plan during network changes. Support the Security Officer with IT and network managementrelated topics.
Stay updated on IT technology trends assess their potential for the organization and make recommendations to the Managing Director regarding ICT improvement strategies
Provide additional support to the engineering teams in areas outside your expertise.
Job Requirements
Strong technical IT knowledge with a good understanding of IT and network security. Expertise in one or more domains: O365 Azure VMware VPN Firewalling VoIP.
MCSA/MCSE certification and/or CCNP or equivalent experience. Prince2 or other project methodologies.
Stressresistant flexible strong communication skills and a drivers license B.
Experience in similar security sensitive environments is an advantage
In possession of a Belgian security clearance or have the ability to obtain one Belgian nationality is a plus)
Proficiency in English and Dutch
