Job Description:
What will you work on
The Spin Master Customer Operations team is seeking a talented high energy and problemsolving student to assist with current processes analysis identifying opportunities for process automation and improvements recommendations. As a Summer Intern in the Customer Operations team you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Customer Operations Manager by leading a Core Project. You will be asked to collaborate with multiple individuals from various Customer Focus Teams while you contribute your creativity and problemsolving skills across multiple initiatives.
How will you create impact
- Gain knowledge of multiple Accounts from Order Management Specialists.
- Support the analysis and identification of timesaving opportunities and synergies across Customer Focus Teams
- Lead a Core Project including planning scheduling and tracking progress against key milestones
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams when needed.
- Prepare and present reports on Project status
- Participate in meetings and workshops providing valuable input and feedback on opportunities to automate processes
- Assist in the documentation and standardization of processes and best practices

- Interest in data analysis project management and supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on PowerBI Excel and PowerPoint would be an advantage
